Yes, most of our kilts, jackets, and kilt sets are made to order. Production usually takes around 10 working days.

Yes, Hussar and Zulu jackets may take longer to complete due to the intricate hand-braiding work involved.

How should I measure my kilt waist?

Kilts should be measured at the belly button, not at trouser waist level, for the correct fit.

Do I need to size up for jackets?

Yes, if you are measuring directly from the body, we recommend adding a few extra inches for comfort and ease of movement to avoid a tight fit.

Can I customise my order?

Yes, many of our products can be customised, including tartan choice, sizing, and other details. We recommend adding a few extra inches to measurements for comfort and ease of movement to avoid a tight fit. Please ensure measurements are provided correctly, as custom-made items cannot usually be returned or exchanged.

Can you customise military or police insignia?

Yes, we can customise a wide range of military, police, band, and ceremonial insignia, including embroidered badges, bullion badges, patches, and uniform accessories.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes, we can offer trade pricing for bulk or wholesale orders. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, most standard items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Can custom-made items be returned?

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Are kilts and jackets machine washable?
No, our kilts, jackets, and Highland wear are not machine washable. We recommend dry clean only to maintain the quality, shape, and finish of the garments.

Can hand embroidered badges be washed or ironed?
No, hand embroidered or bullion badges should not be machine washed or ironed directly, as this may damage the embroidery and metallic wire work. We recommend gentle handling and spot cleaning only where necessary.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the item and location. UK orders are usually dispatched via tracked delivery once completed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

Do you stock all tartans?

We stock a wide range of tartans, but not every tartan is available. Please contact us before ordering if you require a specific tartan. A full list of tartan is visible in most of the listing pictures.
