Returns & Exchanges

If your item does not fit or is not suitable, we are happy to help with returns and exchanges.

  • Most items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Custom-made or engraved items (including custom kilts, jackets, dresses, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement item and return the unsuitable item for a refund.

Alternatively, you can return the item to us for an exchange. Replacement items will be dispatched once we receive the return.

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Details of any fault

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unused, clean, and with tags attached.
  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage.
  • Overseas returns must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
